Firefox or blank page is my opening default but 2nd and subesquent tabs are using 'Get forms on Line as the default. How can I get rid of this?

Firefox or a blanck page is the default window that pens when I access Firefox. However if I open a 2nd or subsequent tab a page for GetFormsOnline comes up as the default. How can I get rid of this please?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
