Thunderbird will not reinstall clean
It began with thunderbird would not send messages. It can receive messages and the password is correct. I have checked the server settings, reset the passwords, deleted passwords, changed passwords, and gone through the entire FAQ several time. I even removed the mail account and set it up new. So I have now resorted to backing up the profile and then removing Thunderbird from the computer to see if a clean install and set up will fix the problem. Now when I reinstall thunderbird it automatically migrates the old profile into the thunderbird install so there is no way for me to start from scratch. Is there a fix for the email that will not send? I am out of ideas!

For the midrivers account, the server is smtps.midrivers.com on port 587, STARTTLS security, normal password authentication, and the User name is the part of your address before @. If that doesn't work, try SSL/TLS security on port 465.
For account 4, smtpout.secureserver.net on port 80 or 3535, Connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = your full email address. See also the note about activating smtp relay.

Create a new profile using Profile Manager. Then start Thunderbird with the new profile. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles
It would help if you indicated your mail service and settings, or the error message you see when sending. Select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click 'Copy text to clipboard', then paste it in a reply here, omitting all the data after and including the Graphics section.
To test with a new profile, start Profile Manager by pressing Winkey+R, and type thunderbird.exe -p Set up the account from File/New/Existing Mail Account and see if sending works. You can then transfer data from the old profile to the new one if desired.
