Sync read message on two computers same address
I have the same email address info@xxx.com Two staff are accessing the same email address from different locations on different computers. If Staff A opens and reads and email, is there a way to have it marked as read on Staff B;s computer?

If it is a pop account, no. If it is an imap account, it should happen automatically
