Can't send an Email to another and they can"t send to me. how come
I have been trying to send mail from: ***.*****@att to: *************@era.com and it fails to deliver.. And when she tries to send to me she gets the same response.. I am able to send and receive from many others and she does also. Why is this happening??

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
