I usually don't quote original message in replies, but whI need to, I would like to turn quote on and off with one click rather than the three click process currently provided. This was available in Sea Monkey, but not in Thunderbird that I can find.

select email so you can read in lower message pane.

One method: click in the content area to get focus Use 'Ctrl'+'A' to highlight all text or use mouse to select specfic text. click on 'Reply' button
