An email with foto attachments from 3 weeks ago continues to download multiple times repeatedly, how can I get it to stop downloading this email?
I have deleted the previous emails with attached fotos, but it seems like with each new downloading of emails, it re-download only this email with foto attachments, weeks later. I continue to delete, but it continues to reload....

Go to your providers webmail site, log into your account there and delete the problem message.
