When using webtools inspector, what does a yellow triangle next to a css setting mean?

I design webpages for a local charity. I'm trying to get a css setting of "height:650px" to work. The setting is in a div in a page. When I use the inspector to look at this element, a green bar displays on the left, the "height:650px" is crossed out and a yellow triangle with what might be an exclamation mark displays on the right. Obviously the browser is ignoring my height specification but does not specify which part of the css environment IS deciding what height to use.

I must say that Firebug used to enable fairly rapid debugging of these problems. I'm a bit disappointed that you (who ever made the decision) decided to drop Firebug support. J

Note that you can hover the exclamation mark to see additional information in a tooltip. It is possible that the height property isn't allowed for this element. You can search the MDN website for this element to see what properties are allowed.

Firebug is a legacy (XUL based) extension and thus will stop working in Firefox 57+. A lot of work has been done to add some Firebug features to the Firefox developer tools and this is still not finished.
