Can't see Captcha challenges, FiFx browser up to date,52.3.0 32 bit
I can't do the newer Captcha Challenges that are now on Amazon, TaxAct, Fairpoint communications and other sites. Only the old captchas with photos of stop signs still work for me. I have the last version of Windows XP Pro so can no longer update IE browser. But my Fire Fox browser says it's up to date. 52.3.0 32 bit. I live in a rural area with only dial-up available. No signal for cell phones out here either.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

I haven't seen such a new CAPTCHA yet, but I see a lot of references on Google.
Can you attach a screenshot to see what they look like?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
You can try to clear the amazon cookies to see if that has effect.

I can't do a screen shot because I cannot "see" the Captcha challenge. All it shows is a Captcha icon so I know what I can't see. Then the usual instructions to upgrade my browser.
