How to turn off the Scripts Options bar in Yahoo Window 7
I already have the NoScripts icon in the regular tool bar where I go to allow the minimum possible scripts, and that Scripts Options bar is nothing but an annoyance. How can I turn it off or block it?

I just opened the Options button to the right and looked at it some more. At the top of the list of Scripts was an option to show notifications, or something like that. I deselected it and that pesky extra toolbar disappeared.

Please expand on your issue with more detail. I have no idea what the Scripts Options bar is.
I use Windows 7 with Firefox as the browser and Yahoo as my home page. After the latest, recent Firefox update, I get a window across the full width of the page immediately under the Bookmarks Toolbar that says "Scripts Partially Allowed," and the number allowed out of the number requesting permission in the left side of the window. On the right side of that window there's a small box with the word Options in it. That window appears every time there are scripts wanting to open that I don't allow. If I allow all the scripts wanting to open, which I very rarely do as I only allow one at a time until the site I want opens, then the window does not appear or it disappears if all scripts have been allowed. I use NoScript and have the icon in the toolbar above the Bookmarks Toolbar which shows me if there are scripts that haven't been allowed. I click on that icon to open the list of allowed and not allowed scripts so don't need, or want, that scripts toolbar underneath the the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Ok.... If you can get a screenshot that would be grand. Never seen what you are talking about myself.
Now there is on far left of the Awesome Bar (address bar) the first icon and when you click on that you can give permissions to a website there sometimes. Is that what would be useful ?
This "Scripts Partially Allowed," is it there if you disable NoScript ? Am trying to figure out where this thing is coming from..
If it is not there when disabled it is not a Firefox issue and need to contact the developer of NoScript.
Screen shot attached.
I disabled NoScript and the bar was still there.
When I select the Options button, it opens up to give me the same exact list of scripts I get when I click on the NoScript icon in the tool buttons to the right of the Address & Search boxes.
