Updated Firefox. Can’t play any audio/video
can’t get a response when I click for instance on a Netflix video, can’t click on log-ins, on Capcha can’t select choices. Removing Firefox and reinstalling doesn’t help. Writing this on my Dad’s computer because I can’t enter anything. Safari works fine, Can call up web sites on Firefox fine but can’t enter anything once I’m there.

Try this and see if still get issues : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
If so please make a new Profile and test it : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
If it is your Profile then need to move stuff over to new Profile.
