No idea. Location to everyone is a security mess and everyone is going in the opposite direction than you.
Is there a reason you are running a unsupported and insecure browser ?
If did not know 52.5.0 ESR is. It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Share what and version probably too old for to do that kinda request.
Are you getting too many requests from individual sites? Most sites probably do not need your location, and it's a one-time process to give permission.
If Firefox is losing track of site permissions, make sure you do not have Firefox set to clear history when it closes or, if you do, click Settings and make sure you do not clear Site Preferences.
Does it mean that is impossible to change permissions for Firefox version 45? I can change only manually for every page from 'View page info', but this is not enough for me!

As far as I know, Firefox has two modes: completely disable precise location for all sites, or ask every time. I don't think there is an allow all option. why would you want to share your precise location with every single site you visit?
I need only for a page, but everything should be automatically. I need this for automation tests for development purposes. I need to change this on general settings.
Such settings are stored in permissions.sqlite
You can use the SQLite Manager extension in Firefox 45 to inspect SQLite databases.
