Find REAL sender by scrolling on email like Hotmail.

I need to find who the real sender of an email is and not a spam. In Hotmail if you scroll over an email without even opening it you get the REAL address of sender even if sent with from what looks to be like an "official" address.

Could you tell me how to do this or perhaps add it to your coming updates?
