I think maybe it's happening after updates, but it doesn't seem to be perfectly in sync with them. My extensions just stop working. Suddenly, one or more of them will just stop. They don't show any signs that anything is wrong until suddenly I'm seeing ads everywhere, or my Pinterest button doesn't work, or Tumblr Savior starts failing to block my blacklisted tags. They don't say they're disabled or outdated or anything, and if I uninstall them and reinstall them they work immediately-- so it's not that the updates are making them incompatible with my browser. They just... stop doing what they're supposed to do, for no apparent reason.

Also, every time Firefox updates, my customization gets reset.... my buttons get moved and the extra space I don't want there gets added back in.

I'm getting really tired of re-installing all my extensions and re-customizing my browser! Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

Note run as a Administrator from a DOS Prompt : SFC /SCANNOW = SFC<space>/SCANNOW fixes files locally using files found on your system.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.3 with a Full Version Installer
