Why do several websites not load completely with Firefox Quantum but load fine in Chrome?

more options

I'm using the latest version of Quantum (57.0.4 (64-bit)) on a Dell PC Laptop.

An example of a website that is not loading correctly = https://www.discovery.com/tv-shows/treasure-quest-snake-island/

Is this a compatibility issue with Quantum? Will it ever be fixed?

Thanks.

Not sure what tracking protection does or doesn't do - strange that this is the cause.

Tracking Protection blocks content from servers associating with tracking you across different sites on the internet. Sometimes a website's features do not work unless you allow a little tracking. I guess staying in business is a higher priority for them than your privacy. ;-)

I have no issue with opening on either FF or Chrome. And I have FF57.0.4x64. Was your FF default loaded or did you change something after install?

Even though I do not have any add-ons, I re-started in safe mode. Surprise! The website loaded fine. I restarted FF and it no longer worked. I then turned off tracking protection. Works like a charm now. Not sure what tracking protection does or doesn't do - strange that this is the cause.
