I can't log into my healthcare account with firefox anymore but I can with explorer, Why?
When I try to log into my secure healthcare website using Firefox. The page never loads and all I get is a blank white screen that says in the address bar my healthcare provider name and followed by this line of code. (something changed recently because we have been using the new firefox for a while now.) https://member.aetna.com/appConfig/login/login.fcc?TYPE=33554433&REALMOID=06-36d8cb4d-4ac1-44c7-b12d-a80fba4b718e&GUID=&SMAUTHREASON=0&METHOD=GET&SMAGENTNAME=-SM-xU5km2Pz5%2f9A%2f2FCwUlXE48HlDkyH9ruz3da8Iqw6pwcy09mgHFN5RmlkMNqguY5&TARGET=-SM-HTTPS%3a%2f%2fmember%2eaetna%2ecom%2fMbrLanding%2fRoutingServlet%3fcreateSession%3dtrue&WT.svl=Login_nav
if I go on to their website on the internet or the link from my e-mail it does the same thing page turns white and never loads, but if I use internet explorer it works just like it should.

Please update your Video Card Drivers
If trying to log in with your 2 Extensions Adblock and Trend Micro Osprey Firefox Extension This maybe the issue. Please try this : SAFE MODE
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
- Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
- hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
- plugins are not affected
- preferences are not affected
TEST if can log in then is the extensions, if not come back.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thanks Pkshadow; By disabling the extensions in safe mode the page loaded fine. Thanks for your help, I never new about safe mode so I learned something new today, Have a great day!
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
If you use Adblock Plus then consider uBlock Origin as a replacement to see if that works better (lower memory footprint).
