I am NOT able to install Fire Fox...and can't resolve the issue of a missing profile. HELPPPPPPPP!
I have tried to find a way to install and keep getting the "missing or damaged profile message". I have un-installed Firefox, tried to re-install...and still the problem persists.

Try to use the Profile Manager to create a new profile.
