Can I add a return to top arrow in Quantum Firefox?
It used to be a part of DuckDuckGo, but they removed it. I'm not clear on why they took it down, but I assume they had a good reason.
Can I add as JavaScript to the settings in Firefox?
Thank you.

Maybe try:
- Scroll To Top by Pratik Soni - arrow in document
- ScrollToTop by Guido - toolbar button

What do you mean with a return to top arrow?
What does this button do and where was it positioned (web page or user interface area)?
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/back-to-top/ Back to Top by Chuck_Baker Back to Top helps navigate long pages.
Not compatible with Firefox Quantum
You might find something else at the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here).
cor-el,
Takes you from the bottom (or wherever you are) on a page to the top. They have them for personal websites, but I want to know if they can be used.
Scroll to Top Buttons http://www.scrolltotop.com/
Thank you.
I didn't think so.
Thank you.
I'm sure there's a way to do it with an add-on, but until you find one you like, you can press the Home key on the keyboard. (Doesn't work if the cursor is in an editing field, you need to exit the field, for example, click the background of the page.)

jscher2000,
I have an MS ergo 4000 keyboard and I have no idea where the HOME key is. Also impossible to find a diagram, without investing hours. (I saved a PDF for some reason, but it doesn't have key names).
Guido's toolbar button sounds interesting. Will let you know.
Thank you.

Inelegant, but it's perfect for now!
Thank you.

I've rubbed the lettering off of many keys on my keyboard, but at least I can still read "Home" on that key. If you have the widest layout:
Qwerty - Navigation - Number Pad
It's in the Navigation section, up from where the Up Arrow is.
Note that there is also this pref (on Windows false by default) to jump to a specific position with a middle-click on the scroll bar.
- middlemouse.scrollbarPosition = true
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
cor-el,
Very interesting. Thank you.
Can we please mark Scroll To Top by Guido - toolbar button, as the solution? I screwed up.
TY
Found the home button, jscher2000.
Thank you.
