why doesn't Mozilla offer a "FireBox", much like the Chromebox? I want laptop/box dedicated strictly to the brower.

I don't use any other OS. Everything I do is web based. I'm looking for security, so why not reduce the attack vector?

This is definitely something we have considered, and while we (being a small company) do not have the resources to create a Firefox laptop, it's something we have thought about.

In the meantime, especially since everything you do is web based, I'd suggest installing Linux and using Firefox as your browser. It will at least protect your privacy more, and likely be more secure.
