how can I get my password for my account through my synced account?
I have forgotten my password for my email and I can only remember it for my account that I have synced.

One way to resolve this could be to contact your email service provider and go through their lost password protocol.
If you use Firefox Sync, you can sync with a desktop copy of Firefox and go to about:preferences?entrypoint=menupanel#privacy, select Saved Logins and view your passwords.
