why can't I sync firfox
And how does my email change again I believe somebody is stealing all the stuff on my account playing games with email and with the password how do I get this looked into

If you think others are accessing your accounts, change its password. If you think the account is too badly compromised, close that account and create another.
As to sync, Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
