When I search my results are limited to 999; how do I set it for no limit?
I am searching about 20,000 emails for a specific term. There should be about 2,000 emails with this term. My search result, however, only pulls up 999 emails. How do I adjust settings, etc. so that the search results are not limited to 999 emails?

try altering the hidden preference mailnews.database.global.search.msg.limit
the limit is there to avoid performance issues.
