When arriving to the bottom of pages, such as Facebook, Firefox will load the next part and jump to its bottom. This means it skips the entire content between the bottom of the previously viewed part and the new part (I call it 'part' since a 'section' techically may mean something else). Since Firefox loads a lot at the same time this also means I have to scroll way back up to see where I was before the jump occured. This has been going on since last year.

Using desktop, laptop, Windows 7, Windows 10. It happens on both. When I use Opera nothing goes wrong, this doesn't happen in IE or Edge either.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

then

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

Please update your Flash 28 for security reasons : Flash Player Version: 29.0.0.140 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
