When I click on the menu with the three stripes, choose options, privacy and security I should be able to adjust cookies, so I can watch videos online. I removed history but does not work.

When making changes in this menu I cant save them anywhere, how should I do this?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Hi atra

Could you please start a new thread for your question?

Then you can provide more information like your operating system and installed extensions/plugins.

On Windows XP you likely have the issue that your operating system doesn't have support to play MP4 media files. Firefox can't play such videos because it relies on native OS support and doesn't have a codec builtin for playing MP4 files.
