Hi Danny, at some point I got switched over to "Outlook beta" and the popups are working fine with that layout. If I switch back to the older layout, I get the blank blank popup. I think this came up before but I can't find the older thread in a quick search. Do you want to try the beta (there's a slider switch icon above the Inbox for that)?
