Our one of the user of our application has reported that for particular one PDF they were facing issues with Mozilla preview.

In Chrome and IE it is working fine.

Problem while previewing PDF is its only showing one page but actual pdf has 8 pages and the first page is rotated to 180 degrees.

If I use Adobe as application view then its downloading pdf file and opening in adobe which is working fine but in Firefox preview it's not working.

yes, i guess it's an edgecase/non-standard format that is getting the pdf preview in firefox out of its comfort zone and causing the trouble :-/

That's confidential document so I would not be able to share it.

One problem I see in original pdf is, it has a footer in 180 degrees oriented and content is proper may this will cause this issue?
