All my pdfs, and email attachments, & some others, are opening as web pages, which I do not want.How do I stop this and convert all converted files back to pdf?
Every attachment in my email and many of my files in Windows Explorer are converting from Word or Excel or Powerpoint to a web page. Even when I print and scan them in, they open as a web page, regardless of the extension. I now have a lot of documents where I have lost my formatting, which for my Excel files is a disaster. It was a setting in Adobe.

Hi Melinda, can you still get the original files from your email? It sounds as though they might not have saved in the correct format when you downloaded them the first time.
