Firefox 61 on Android, How to Stop Redirecting to Mobile Site

more options

Ever since the update to v.61.0, when I try to go to the Facebook website using "www," Firefox is now redirecting me to the mobile website, which I have no use for. I do ask for the Desktop version, but that only works for my newsfeed. When I want to go to another Facebook page, I'm back on the mobile site. How do I prevent Firefox from doing this? It didn't do this in previous versions.

I also have a huge problem with Firefox 61 dropping my two very important add-ons from the menu list. One is Bitwarden and the other is uBlock Origin. I literally have to open the add-ons, Disable them, then re-Enable them in order for them to show up on the menu. It's absolutely maddening. Any hints as to how I can get these add-ons to stick on the menu?

Many thanks for the replies.

I think it's Facebook redirecting not Firefox because preferences were lost with the "update". Find the desktop view link on Facebook & it should stick. I had to downgrade back to an old version to get back add-ons I need to work (block autoload videos)
