Whenever I try to get to my desired sites on Mozella firefox every time I get an open and click on it this thing pops up in the middle of may screen. It asks if I want to allow the following program to make changes on this computer. Program name: firefox. Varified publisher: Mozilla Corporation. File owner: hard drive this computer. I can click the "x" and it will go off but when I then try to open once more the popup is back. I can not get rid of it by clicking on anything on the popup including yes , no, move, close or anything else. No matter what I click on it comes right back the next time I try to open. If I keep hitting various things and trying to open my browser eventually it allows me to open but makes the control sluggish in all sites.

Thank you if you can help in English (American).

That sounds like you are running the installer, not the browser. How are you opening Firefox? Shortcut? Taskbar icon?

"Data" needs to be saved, even temporarily, for Firefox to do much or anything. You do need to allow Firefox to "make changes" on that computer otherwise Firefox won't work.

Shut down Firefox. Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Right click on Firefox.exe and select Properties. Now select Compatibility. Turn Off Run This Program In Compatibility Mode, and Run This Program As An Administrator.

Do the same for any Firefox shortcuts you have. Now restart Firefox.
