accounts.google.com uses an invalid security certificate.

Click on 'add an exception'. Then follow the instructions as per attached screenshot and inspect the cert. Who is the issuer of the cert? Please post a screenshot of the Certificate Viewer window with the issuer information visible. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
