Is this an app that has been installed, or is it a page that keeps appearing in Firefox for Android?

I stupidly answered a survey that seemed to come from firefox. I stopped when it got to the 'you have won a £1000 amazon giftcard' page and did not click on further links as it was obviously too good to be true. I looked it up and there were several reports of it being malware of some kind, but I could only find information on finding and uninstalling on PCs not Android phones. I'm not at all techy so if you know anything about this please let me know.
