My printer preset changes are not saving. Specifically the "page header presets" (Title and URL)

I am adjusting printer settings to use a label printer and when I adjust the printer presets to remain "blank" two page header options go back to default (Title & URL). I have tried creating another preset, it didn't work and I also did a hard refresh of firefox. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
