ABC iView broken Error 240000 after windows update
Was working fine. Did cumulative updates for 1803, runs okay otherwise but gives error 240000 when trying to play an iView video. Wont play in safe mode either, same error. www.abc.net.au/iview

Would you try this please :
Go to Windows 10 Edge Settings => Advanced Settings and make sure that "Let sites save protected media licenses on my device" is set to ON.
If that doesn't do the trick, maybe you'd like to take a look at this (and scroll down to 240000) :
