Cannot download amazon software installer
Just bought a program from Amazon, learned I had to install their software installer, downloaded it successfully buut will not open, says check internet connection or firewall. Connection is fine - do I have some firewall preventing it from opening?

Thank you for sharing your add-ons list; I don't see an Amazon installer there (I don't see anything there, actually). So most likely it is a separate program that connects directly rather than through Firefox.
If you didn't buy extra security software, most likely you are using the Windows 10 built-in firewall. I don't know whether there are any special issues between Amazon's program and Windows. Probably it would be best to ask Amazon about it.
