how to recover mails after accidental compacting
i haved deleted some old mails from imbox adnd after i hit the delete buton thunderbird asked me for compacting the folther . my inbox seems to be k . But mail saved mails from subfolders got deleted . How can i recover them ?

What sub folders? what are you talking about?
Could you please do the following:
- Open the menu
> Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
- Go to https://pastebin.com and paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page, then copy the resulting URL.
- Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information.
