When trying to append a foto or document to a new e-mail , the explorer is opened , but NO files are shown in "my documents"or in "my pictures " Both seem to be empty ( which is not the case when I go there , using my windows 10 explorer )

try typing *.* into the file name and pressing enter. Did that refresh what is displayed. Otherwise try changing the file type drop down.
Does not work : Tried to display ALL files ( *.* )
