Hi anyone,

I'm not quite sure how to explain. When I try to log into certain accounts such as bank and school. Firefox just blanks out username and password as if I had not entered anything in them. It worked couple days ago and just stopped performing. Nothing new to my knowledge was added Things i've tried : uninstalled / reinstalled clear cache, installers, reg entries, all entries on c: associated with Mozilla and removed appdata. ran anti virus, uninstalled antivirus. installed as admin.

I have not tried in pc safe mode as of yet as i have the feeling the same result will occur.

It's weird i would appreciate any help

A certificate problem has disabled/removed add-ons. This may or may not be related to your problem.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Hey thanks Fred,

I've tried those and no luck. No When I refresh firefox a bunch of times with a school tab open I finally got a javascript error. Which is weird. I went in the about:config all javascript values are true. This so ignorant. I guess I could refresh the PC.

Before you go to that extreme,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
