why cant i install extensions
i try to install an extension and says it was unable to connect. for ANY extension. this breaks your browser and makes me want to reconsider browsing options.

Hi kiswono, you mentioned "downloading but nothing happened afterwards." Could you clarify what you see?
Do you see an unable to connect error, or extension appear to be corrupted error, or no error message?

The Add-ons team and "Cloud Operations" are working on a fix for this. Until then, we don't have a workaround.
me too, downloading but nothing happened afterwards..

it's a bit random most of the time after the install button clicked nothing happened sometimes, there's confirm to install, but after clicking confirmation, nothing happened sometimes, there's download progress, but after it completed, nothing happened
