I have used Firefox on my desktop for years. why will you not let me have it on my 'phone?
I keep trying.. You keep saying you will email me to prove who I am BUT IF You send emails, they never arrive.

Just to clarify, are you struggling to install Firefox for Android on your device, or are you having problems setting up a Firefox Account?
Frnakly I've got so confused over the past few weeks I have no idea.BUT what I do know is that I have used Firefox quite OK for some years on my desktop but cannot get it to work on the 'phone .
It pretends it wants to know me and says it will send me some sort of key or something if I give it my email address.
I give it the email address and then nothing comes back
