I am using hostpoint DNS. I need to know where I can get the DKIM key for Thunderbird so I can add it to the DNS.

DKIM is used by email providers, not end users. Wrt Thunderbird your best bet is to install this add-on, so that Thunderbird can verify an existing DKIM signature in a received message. https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/dkim-verifier/
