Default search in Firefox browser

My Firefox browser on my android phone defaults to Google search when I initiate a search. How do I change this?

I should be able to help with this.

From the Firefox for Android home screen select the options menu and Settings.
Select Search
Select one of the search engines listed and choose Set as default to set this choice as your default search engine.
