When we spell a word incorrectly it gets underlined in red, when I right click on it I get the suggested list of word but when I click on the correct on it's not replacing it, so no change in Microsoft dynamics CRM. We are using Mozilla Firefox 61. We are also facing slowness issue in CRM also.

You marked that posting as the Chosen Solution to your question - I suppose that was an error on your part. Doing that "tells" our support contributors that you solved your own question, which won't get you any answers.

Also, Firefox 61 is no longer supported. Why aren't you using a currently supported version of Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

You can also use; https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/grammarly-1 Grammarly for Firefox

There are many (old) threads, posted on Microsoft Dynamic CRM forum about this problem - no solution (they blame the browser).

And there is this (also old) bug report - hasn't been worked on ....
