netzero will not operate correctly since the update to 70.01
i have tried many many ways to get netzero to work installed/uninstalled recovery....turn firewalls and protections off....i just can't figure it out. netzero folks have given me instructions, but none of them worked. any solutions?? could it have something to do with microsoft windows 10?

Hi macky1234, If you think that the problem might be in Windows, an easy way to reset everything is by using:
MalwareBytes AdwCleaner https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Besides being a recommended adware removal tool, there are Basic Repairs in the settings which restore networking settings that malware may have wreaked havoc on. (Some Windows Updates are certainly considered to be malware!)
The image shows the default settings. I turn on everything, run a scan and select the Run Basic Repairs button. You need to restart your computer to complete the repairs.
