Thunderbird won't send email with subject "Invoice"

My customers have not been getting my emails for invoices. Only subject word is "Invoice". It tells me it sent it, but it is never received. I tried to send one to myself, but it does the same thing. If I send the same email with subject only being "Invoice" it says that it sent it, but it never gets received. I have tried two different servers to send it thru, but same results. It must be getting held up by thunderbird on my end as the email never goes any further. I even went to my laptop and tried the same thing. Same result. It is not the antivirus software doing it because I have two different programs between the computers. Is the word "Invoice" a banned word with Thunderbird on the subject line?

If the message is copied to Sent, it has been received by your mail server and transmitted to the recipients' mail server, where apparently it is rejected, probably by the server-side spam filtering. Same thing if you send it to yourself. 'Invoice' can be a dangerous word since it encourages recipients to open a possibly malicious attachment. Nevertheless, I have received legitimate messages with 'invoice' in the subject line, so it is not a word that TB filters.

You probably can't ask all customers to whitelist your messages with their mail providers, but you might have success by adding more words to the subject, e.g. 'Invoice for service at 123 Main St. (customer name)' or use another word such as 'statement'.
