can I use recovery key to get back in my account after my e-mail provider closed my account?

Won't let me use second e-mail to log in my primary e-mail is closed , I have a recovery key. What can I do? I've had this account for years and don't want to start over with a new on. Please help. Bonnie Caudle. #

The recovery key would give you access to your account in case you forgot and lost your account password.

Even though the email account tied to your Firefox account doesn't exist anymore, you should still be able to login to your Firefox account using that old email address. Then change the primary email address for the Firefox account. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts
