I've had issues where I will click on a link in my FB feed, and out of nowhere, the tab crashes. The issue seems to not be tied to the link itself; if I track down the same link in my feed, I can click it again and it loads with no problems. Furthermore, the issue has occurred on both my laptop and my desktop. I've also encountered it on two different Wi-Fi networks. I think there is something wrong with the Firefox browser itself. I am using the current version.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
