I use firefox account on my devices but I have personal bookmarks in a subfolder on my bookmark bar (Folder marked personal) One of the devices I want to sync other bookmarks to is my work PC but I do not want the personal folder to sync up to the work PC, There does not appear to be any way to mark folders as Do Not sync, Is this a function that is likely to be added or am i stuck having personal/private links being sent up to work which in some situations could cause me problems at work - or do i need to just store these personal links outside of Firefox for privacy?

No, it's all or nothing with Bookmarks synchronization.

What you could do is to create an HTML file and place your private bookmarks inside.

Hello theresajayne,

As a work around you could create separate profiles: one with
bookmarks, and one without bookmarks (a bit of a hassle, though) .....

Profile Manager - Create, remove, or switch Firefox profiles

In case you have Microsoft Word; see my post in this thread :

You can also consider not to sync bookmarks, but for special cases use "Send Tab(s) to Device".
