Just follow instructions in the article About Picture-in-Picture in Firefox.
i think you are reffering to the part of "Enabling / disabling the Picture-in-Picture toggle in Settings"
but that only hides the picture in picture option, what i want is to use picture in picture and make the small screen uninteractable, so that i can't accidently click it or drag it around
