Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode,
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>.
Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
For more help on crash reports, see; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support +++++++++++++++++++++++ If you can't get Firefox to open, you will have to do this the hard way.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozillacrashreporter Open the file browser/explorer on your computer. Note: You may have to enable Show Hidden Folders / Files. Enter this in the address bar;
Windows: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted Win 7/Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted Win XP/2000: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted
Mac OS: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Crash Reports/submitted Linux: /home/<username>/.mozilla/firefox/Crash Reports/submitted
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Copy the most recent 5-7 File Names in the folder. Post the information in the reply box.
I have tried looking in to the crash section and there are not very many there in comparison to the number of crashes I am having, the newer ones had not been sent so I sent them and they all failed. There is no notifications when it crashes it just shuts down and I have to restart it

you could try it in a new profile - in the information you've provided you said you're using multiple different adblocking addons. this is not a good idea and usually a recipe for problems: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
I have been using all of these for a long time and they have not been an issue till this update. The only issue that I have using multiple is that when one of the blockers goes to block it it tells me it can't then I will disable it
Did Firefox crash while in Safe Mode?
I tried to start in safe mode now it won't start at all

Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

I tried start firefox without addons and it would not start at all flash of white screen and that's it. This problem has been going on for days and the computer has been rebooted several times and it makes no difference

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support . . .
Honestly I use firefox because I don't trust google but if mozzila cannot produce a product that is usable I will stop using it the version previously worked fine I have used it for a long while but when I installed this update which changed all of my internet setting along with changing the permissions for firefox and firewall setting for it self it will not let me use a stable version that works it insists that I have to update with that said I cannot recommend firefox to anyone so I will stop using it
You can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
You can boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
If firefox is not generating crash reports I cannot give them to you as mozilla's reporting system has said that is one of the issues with 73 if you had read my issues and I was not having issues with 72 then I assumed I would not be transporting issues
Open Windows File Explorer In the address bar enter %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles and press Enter. Drag your Profile folder(s) to your desktop. Close File Explorer. Launch Firefox.
When all goes well, see: Recovering important data from an old profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recovering-important-data-from-an-old-profile
And heed @philipp's advice

Hold that thought. There was a way that I got Firefox to create a new Profile. I'll get back to you.
Note that is you would drag the profile folder from "AppData\Roaming" to the desktop that you will run into trouble because Firefox won't be able to locate the profile that is still listed in profiles.ini.
Also you only remove the profile folder in "AppData\Roaming" and not in the secondary location in "AppData\Local" used for temporary data like the disk cache.

Thanks cor-el. I sort of jumped the gun on that first idea.
Suggesting Profile Manager is the best idea.

I remember now: I had a "Test" profile with a dedicated shortcut. I Refreshed the Profile and, afterwards, when I launched with the "old" shortcut, it created a new Profile.
Sorry - not applicable with this issue.
