Firefox will not let me stay logged in to my ATT Yahoo mail account.

Firefox will not let me stay logged in to my ATT Yahoo mail account. I am required to log in every time I launch Firefox. When I log in I always check the box that lets me remian logged in for two weeks but it does not work and I have to log in every time I launch Firefox. This seems to have happened after the last update. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of Firefox - no improvement. MS Edge will let me remain logged in with no problem. I prefer to remain with my faithful Firefox and hope someone can recommend a fix. Thanks.

Hello,

this might be because the cookies used to store your information are being deleted or not installed correctly.

You can try turning off the extensions one by one in the options>extensions section and disabling them.
As a last resort you can reset the settings to default. You can do this by going to the Options icon, which is the one located on the top right side of your screen. The symbol is three dots/lines. Click Help, then troubleshooting information and clicking refresh firefox. you can also follow these same steps to disable all settings

keep in mind a fresh start will delete all and firefox will act as a fresh install

Hi, Javier

Sorry to report that I had no extensions to disable and refreshing Firefox did not solve the problem. Still have to log in to ATT Yahoo mail every time I launch Firefox. Any other ideas? Sure appreciate your help.

Dear Bob, you might have checked the option to delete all your cookies every time you close Firefox. Take a look if it is disabled: Click the symbol 3 lines -> Options -> confidentiality & security.
