Display of individual emails
Recently when an email is displayed it also includes after the date line all of the following lines:
Message ID In reply to References User Agent Return-Path Received DKIM-Signature etc
How to I eliminate these lines being displayed?

That sounds like you currently have a setting to display full headers.
Menu app icon (3 lines) > View > Headers > select 'Normal'.
This will then display the basic set eg: FROM, TO, SUBJECT, DATE
